Ive been visiting this pawn and jewelry store since 2011 typically when I need a piece of jewelry repaired, sized ect. I really appreciate the professionalism & extreme knowledge Dave, the jeweler has.. after my wife & I visit a few days ago and the treatment we received from the older/aged female owner(dont know her name) never really had dealings or experience with her much in the past(thank God). Proudly my wife and I are part of the LGBTQ community and an interracial couple. Neither one of us felt wanted in this establishment, appreciated or respected by the aged woman that was helping us. Her aura was very snooty & condescending. Long story short when picking up our rings after being sized and a few other adjustments by Dave.. with the total being $580 we simply wanted a receipt stating the exact work done and warranty information, if any. We were denied and really no valid explanation was given. With my wife and I being business owners as well, we could never treat an animal the way we were treated. In the year 2024 we are appalled that they're still humans on this earth treating other humans in the manner that my wife and I were treated. The owner actually went and asked her daughter, Angie, what she should do about us requesting or wanting a receipt. Im just going to say this and complete this review.. making assumptions arent always a good thing.. we have several assumptions on why we received the treatment we received from the female owner of this establishment, however I am very confident in saying no human should be frowned upon or treated poorly simply because of their differences ESPECIALLY in a business setting. My wife and I were very professional and easy customers to service while visiting this establishment. Sadly, after being a customer of Daves since 2011 my wife and I will never step foot in there again. We will no longer refer anyone to this business either.

Absolutely unprofessional! Havent been able to get my item out of here the past 2 days, they closed before 5:29pm tonight and it said open until 6pm, & now Im still not able to start SCHOOL. Absolutely ridiculous.

Really nice employees; especially Angie. The best shop Ive been to in the area.
