My church was in a bind a couple weeks ago. We had brought in a out-of-state speaker to do a Mission and our lapel microphone hooked up to the wireless pack was not catching all spoken from the active, moving speaker on night one of the mission. I tried several shops looking to buy a headset microphone, but with supply chain shortages, none were available for our Shure system that day. I contacted Brad at Arch Audio and he was able to provide a headset microphone set (Countryman) to us and it was awesome! I drove right down moments after hanging up. Comments on how improved the sound were heard. Arch Audio, and Brad are top notch in my book based on this experience. Thoroughly recommend and thank you again.
