Love working here. Good teamwork. Residents are hilarious and come from all backgrounds so there is never a dull moment. Would recommend to anyone, for work or placement.

Why would others or myself keep calling compliance hotline for? We called you all in August, we called you all the whole month of September and this month as well. Nobody on your end did anything useful for the workers or the resident instead Sarah and another lady named Cheri who works in your corporate department choose to sweep it under the rug . All of your HR knows this Laura, Paris, lesil, Teresa you name it so no thank you Ill just keep reporting to the ones whos actually going to take the matter serious . Remember workers and residents have no rights in Normandy building they do what LAURA says oh and this was also reported To Ashley as well before she mysteriously got fired . As I stated you all are A joke you wanna reply now because theres proof but before then you all had no issues with resident being mistreated .

Where is the lie ? When others and myself had reported about abuse you chose to leave early EVERY Friday, your staffing manger says its her second home but yet she comes in half naked more than in scrubs. Im sorry I cant relate to being A horrible person and, I wouldnt dare come back to A place that doesnt know resident or employees rights . I know that youre mad that I beat you all at your own game but, Im trying to figure out what action was taking against workers for not doing their job ? I cant relate to being A deadbeat or A dummy since you have involvement with dayshift workers they seem to get A pass for abuse. I got more pictures if you wanna call my bluff I reported this too you LAURA the Administrator aka the social worker, this was reported to the DON and your staffing manager as well had you not been eating at the meat market then maybe you wouldve taking action to protect these resident . As I told you all before this isnt about the money its solely about you all lying and covering up at the expense of the caregivers and resident. Btw those pictures are from different days where your aids where gone before 3 as you can see nobody did rounds but had you taught them proper work and actually did your job you would know these things. I didnt do my work but yet I was A good worker who can come back in 6 months ? Help it makes sense slow one but keep lying it wont end well for you all lol

Im put it to you simple if you love your family then get them out of this facility. Before they do whats right theyll lie and cover up for them just not caring about the residents or the workers . The lack of staff alone with lack of care for residents is A Shame and to have as social worker turn administrator and the old housekeeper is the staffing coordinator now . This place violates Rights of not only residents but employees as well the corporate doesnt care theyll prefer to do nothing if it prevents lawsuits or them having to do their job . I recommend calling state and getting your loved out as A resident escape A few days ago due to there not being A caregiver on 1st floor the administrator felt going to the log cabin with her lover is more important then attending to the resident matters . Theres A special place in hell for people like them to mistreat those elderly people also the staffing sleeps with certain employees lol I could keep going but I think you get my drift ..
