        It starts with the management. Jill is rude and beyond arrogant. Ms Gwen could work on communicating better and prioritizing better. Fast turnover here but it takes a strong and passionate person to work here. Too many family members. Mom and son. Mom and daughter. Brothers and cousins. Needs a reset.
