      image Employees arent very knowledgeable of local resources and not empathetic towards women in a crisis. I was placed on hold for about 5 minutes . Only to not be given the information I called for and redirected elsewhere after they told me they were retrieving information to give me. If the employees are going to work with the public they should be more apathetic and empathetic.

      image RUNG for Women was a great experience. We decorated the building for the Christmas holidays so that when the employees arrive for work on Monday it will be all about tiz the season to be jolly.
