An incredible organization that bridged the financial gap, so I could financially attend Indiana University

Will not work with you. They claim to help low-income students, but then when they hit a financial crisis, they will send you to collections, that charge 10% interest on your balance, and then you have to take out student loans to then pay back the "interest free" loans in collections. It's a trap. For an organization that tries to "help", they sure won't help you when you lose your job and are trying to get by. They made my financial life worse. You've been warned, be very weary of their nice demeanor, because they will throw you to the wolves when it's convenient to them.

Seemingly their system "lost" my renewal application when I was counting on their money. Waiting to hear the details of my case. Will update review soon. Update: They decided that they would be unwilling to rectify their mistake. While I am not sure what went wrong on their end, I can't help but feel it may have been due to them having to cut down on their loan program and they may have been racially motivated to drop certain peoples. Overall their help was very useful while it lasted and depending on your background this company might still have much to offer you. TLDR: never think that just because you submitted an application/renewal online that it ended up where it needed to go. Always call them to make sure.

Nice items, prices a littler more than I intended to pay for used items. Bought 1 item, the cutest jacket. Sadly they're closing in about a year.
