Horrible job. My nails were poorly shaped and paint. I was also upcharged an additional $10 after being quoted a cheaper price. Received a full set, shortest length, plane color, gel polish and was charged 60 after being quoted 50. I woman who had the exact service as I also noticed that I was charged more even though her nails were longer. No one there could explain the upcharge and acted as if they didn't have a price menu. I felt discriminated against. I will never patronize this company again, no matter the location.

Absolutely love my neighborhood Nail spa each and every appointment. Good ambiance and I enjoy watching the cooking channel there lol Whenever I need a quick nail fixed or just too get away for a pampering moment this the place too be!!!!!!!

Bad customer service, bad experience, and bad service. The lady cut my nail short, I told her it is short, I want it longer. She continued working on them and filed them even shorter. I mentioned it again right before she applied the color. She got mad went to her manager, and the manager came to tell that they will find someone else to continue the service. I asked the manager: what is the problem? Is there a problem? He said no, we will get you someone else. This means the customer cannot ask or say what she wants, otherwise the person working on your nails will leave you. What a policy! They are bad, DO NOT go there. It was my first and last time at Ladue nails. I went there because my regular nail spa (Clayton nails spa) is closed on Sunday. Clayton nail spa go above and beyond in their service. I recommend Clayton nails over Ladue nails.
