I have been there multiple times now. Im a recently ex-plant into Brentwood and have tried several nails places in this area. By far, I have liked this place the most. Friendly staff. Ive now worked with Chi and Kimmy (purple hair ). Most recently, I was there 4/1 and they always do a great job and very reasonably priced. I never leave there with my fingers hurting or disappointed. 10/10 recommend!

I came inside think it would be a great experience from how it looks. However, looks were deceiving as far as Customer service. Upon coming inside I was greeted with "what are you getting done?" It sold seem that everyone was working but it is not packed. A women then told me to pick a color a short while after sitting down. Then another women comes in and asks for a fill in and was also sat in the waiting area... I was then told to sit in the sit near the rear, I sat for about 5 mins before noticing that the lady came in after me was being serviced . I sat to write this review and then was asked if I could be helped and then was told that the tech need the chair because thereare other customers to be service . Which there wasn't at the time . Qhen people where coming in they ALL GOT SAT AND SERVICE STARTED IMMEDIATELY. Over all Ithe optics of this situation really put a bad taste in my mouth and I won't be getting serviced today or in the future which is very unfortunate

Im not sure the name of the lady who did my nails but I ask for super short French tip and she did a very messy job. I asked for square shaped nails and she did not do a good job of shaping the nails also the French tip was done very sloppy and it is very uneven. And had the nerve and audacity to charge me $52 dollars for this horrible mess. The shop was nice and clean and everyone was friendly but they need to work on their craft a little more especially since youre charging $52 for something that looks like my 4 year old Niece did
