The first lady using the drill to remove the old dip burnt multiple fingers on both hands. Then the manager took over doing my manicure, but it was clear she didnt know WHAT she was doing. I had a dip gel manicure on my nails and if they didnt provide that service, then they she should have just said so. After she did one hand, I tried to stop her. I told her that it was not what I wanted and that I didnt like it. I didnt want to waste her time. She started yelling at me. Telling me how I could pay her this much or that much (she kept changing the amount) and leave! Then she was yelling at me about how long she had been doing nails and where the shop had been before..who cares?!?!?! Then she said she wasnt finished..She would make me happy. PUSHY!!!!! I gave in and I should have gone with my gut. I knew better. My nails have NEVER LOOKED WORSE!!!! Im going tomorrow and get my money back! I just hope my regular nail place can rescue my nails!!!! PHE-NOMENAL!! I have been going here for a long while now. Tried other places but they were just a disappointment. TnT is the best! Very very clean. Staff goes above and beyond to make sure you have a great experience. Family owned place and it shows in the care they take. Greatest mani and pedi I get anywhere - and I travel a lot. Wouldn't go anywhere else in St. Louis!! Services: Foot massages, Nail art, Facial treatments, Acrylic nails, Pedicure, Waxing, Dip powder, Manicure, Gel manicures

I typically love this place, and even followed them to their new location. Unfortunately the young man Michael who used to do my nails has left to a different location. And so Id like to share, the man who did my nails was very rough. Also seemed very unprofessional & agitated. I got a full set gel manicure done on 12/4/2020 and I already have a broken nail & several loose. Ive gotten my nails done plenty of times and the steps this man did was out of order, and just messy. Overall VERY unprofessional, and made me feel uncomfortable even though I called in. My friend even got a full set done with me, and a older lady did hers. She said even her tech was very agitated and impatient. I do not recommend this place anymore ever since Michael left. Service: Manicure
