        Good experience! Peter was able to resurrect an old iPad that I put in storage after I broke the screen. The new screen looks great and performs well. I then found that I had a bad battery due to age. Peter also fixed this and worked with me on the pricing. The quality of the work is good, communication is clear and prompt, and turnaround time is very quick. Highly recommended!

        They have Great Customer Service and also will make sure youre satisfied, even if your product is unfixable. I had an Android Revv 6 repaired and the phone still wasnt working properly. He politely let me know what was going on, gave me a few options which was to continue to troubleshoot it for a few days. But I proceeded on and just bought an unlocked IPhone 12, which was unlocked completely and I was satisfied without being stuck with a repaired broken phone. Oh yeah he was nice enough to put my original phone back together as it was and didnt charge for the attempt

      Alexus. All of our calls are monitored. I listened to the call and found nothing to be rude from our employee to you. You asked about selling your phone and getting a quote online. (We don't give out any quote for buying phones over the phone, we would need to see it at the location) and my employee answered your question by advising you that we don't purchase those models at this time.
