        Terrible experience! I'm disabled, saw that they were open earlier & proceeded to use the drive thru. When I pulled up to make my order, I was rudely directed to come inside. I informed the employee that I'm disabled, it would be somewhat complicated. He continued saying "the drive-thru is closed if you want to order, come inside" I won't be returning to this establishment.

        A sign clearly stated that it would open up at 8am and it's 9am but drive thru said 11am. THIS location does whatever they want to do and some corporate management needs to be there. It's a shame. UPDATE: I AM VERY PLEASED WITH HOW QUICKLY THE STORES CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WORKERS DID A WHOLE 360! THEY ACTUALLY LISTENED AND IMPROVED. GREAT JOB

        They don't wash they hands I know because I worked there and they also rarely wear gloves it be a lot of fights they close when they want to they don't even change the grease like normal it's nothing but trouble and for the last thing I have seen people drop food and still put it back in the trays and all

        I love Jack-in-the-Box... But, not this one... I stood there in line for 3 minutes, while the server just stared at me... No: "welcome" or "may I help you?" or even a "hello"... she just looked at me with a blank ("I don't want to be here" face)... then when I informed one of her co-workers about the incident... she wanted to become argumentative about the whole ordeal... just one employee with a bad attitude and no Customer service skills can ruin a good restaurant!!!
