Without a doubt, Cara is the best realtor Ive ever worked with! I recently had to purchase a home in St. Louis on very short notice, and with a very tight timeline. To make things more challenging, I live out of state. Cara was absolutely fantastic at understanding my goals and she did an excellent job of quickly steering me where to look. She was open and honest when she thought I might be venturing off course, she was positive and enthusiastic throughout the home search process, and she was tough when she needed to be. Because I was out of state, Cara helped look at houses and manage the inspection in my place, and she was terrific at guiding me through the offer and negotiation process. She made something that was very stressful incredibly easy, and to say that I am appreciative is an understatement. I would recommend Cara 100x over as a realtor. Ive moved several times in my life, and never felt as supported as I did with Cara.

After overcoming some challenges in my life, I was excited to look for a special home to begin my new chapter. Many things lined up in the process in large part because of my decision to work with Cara as my buying agent. She is a pro of the highest level and an absolute joy to know. Cara was supportive, endlessly knowledgeable, patient, and so positive throughout. Cara did not push me into buying anything that was less than and discouraged me from making rushed decisions. With her advice and trust, a magnificent home in the perfect location did turn up and she even helped me negotiate the price in a strong sellers market! Cara is a blessing and I can not recommend her more highly!

Cara was friendly, helpful, a great listener, and knew when to offer her professional opinion, which was always valuable and on-point. She was always available when we needed her and didn't overwhelm us when we didn't need it. Just all around a great realtor and I would recommend her to anyone looking for their next home.
