Teresa is an amazing and caring real estate agent. She made the process of consecutively buying and selling seem simple. When I had a question or concern, she was right there to ensure my questions were answered and I had an understanding of next steps. We had some buyer inspection issues come up and Teresa went to bat for us, got additional quotes, and made sure we got over all of the hurdles without any negative effects to our selling experience. She actually cared about what we wanted to buy and what we wanted to get out of the sale. She didnt just care about getting the process over with. Teresa did a great job explaining the sales process for our father's house to us from beginning to end and kept us updated as to progress and challenges throughout the entire house prep, marketing and sales process. Teresa's commission was very fair and included a cleaning team to prep the house for showing. Teresa and a friend even showed up to clean the windows for us! Calls to Teresa are usually answered and if a voice mail is left it is returned very promptly. The Rohdes would highly recommend considering Teresa when buying or selling your next home!
