I would highly recommend the Drake Maret Home Selling Team to anyone looking to purchase or sell a home! As a first time home buyer I was undoubtedly nervous, but also excited about the process. Drake's professionalism, industry knowledge, and friendly personality took the stress out of the search and heightened the excitement. Drake truly wanted comfortable and confident through every step of along the way. He never tried to push us into a house, and continued to take us to house after house, maintaining his un-matchable enthusiasm deep into our search. When the house we had been searching for came onto the market with a first available showing on a Monday morning, Drake was the first one in the door at 10 AM to check it out for us, because we couldn't get away from work. I got a call at 11 with the thumbs up from Drake (at this point he knew exactly what we were looking for). I swung by immediately after work and the rest is history.
