As a first time home buyer, I would highly recommend Melisa. She helped my wife and I through the entire process so smoothly. Melisa is phenomenal!! The tough market and a few failed relationships with other agents had my fianc and I ready to throw in the towel. Venting our frustrations to a loved one, that is also a happy client of Melisas, we were pointed her way with the assurances that she had what we were looking for. Someone who would be patient with us, and explain the process to us (first time buyers), someone who would go-to-bat for us and use creative industry knowledge to give us a competitive edge outside simply throwing more money at the offer, and an agent who could keep the process fun and minimize our stress. They were right and Melisa DELIVERED! We got our first home, one that we are loving and Melisa has earned her spot as our agent forever! If I could give her 6stars I would.
