30 minute wait at a food truck outside of Hidden Gem. Cold food.

Not worth the price at this time. The taste of the bulgogi tacos is decent. However for $36 (6 tacos), I would expect a portion size that reflects the price. The cilantro on the tacos were literally all stems. Hands down the tiniest little tacos I have ever had. If I could upload a picture I would, the presentation was honestly sad.

The tacos are excellent! I was able to sample the cuisine at Laumeier After Dark. Julian is great to talk to and loves what he does! Thanks again!

They were running late which I totally understand and dont want to knock them for. But three small cubes of tofu on a taco AND they were missing ingredients? Probably wont return unfortunately.

We had a humiliating and weird experience at this food truck. We ordered tacos because they were out of street corn, the food ended up taking about 35 minutes, longer than I expected but it looked like food was being made to order but when our food came out and it was very cold. We went to say something to the people in the truck and the guy working literally said oh thats sad, thats so sad in a sarcastic tone. I was surprised because I thought he was joking. I said are you really not going to apologize about the cold food and long wait? He said no. Then started making fun of my all pink outfit. I called him out on that and I guess a few people nearby were friends of his. They offered us $20 cash to not make a bigger deal of it than we did so we walked away. I dont know what the hell is going on with the guy working there but the entire experience was awful.
