Not only did I get a deal under asking price, but also got seller credits and major repairs fixed by the seller. Lauren got me an amazing house that I absolutely love! Lauren was instrumental in helping us find the perfect house during this crazy market. She did it all! Travelled to all our random listing locations at odd hours of the week and weekend to accommodate our schedule. Rolled up her sleeves to show us things to take into consideration. Offered insightful expertise in various residential building topics, anywhere from foundation cracks to pest control. If she didn't have the answer, she knew where to get it, and always followed through. Her network is reliable and easy to work with as well. Lauren Watkins was incredibly helpful throughout the entire homebuying process. As a first time home buyer, she spent time explaining each part of the sales contract and process with me. She responded to messages quickly and was flexible arranging times for showings. As we went to showings, she looked at the houses with an attention to detail and helped me understand important things to look for.
