        Worst customer service they don't listen to customers , they just do what they want special a short with special lady.

        Upon placing my order and me saying i want a bowl but i wanted my lettuce on the bottom the young lady looked down the bar and her attitude immediately kicked in. She says you asked for a bowl, i said correct and i want my lettuce on the bottom. Every thing i asked for with extra, she was agitated, not only that she had something to say, like you said a little. At one point she had to take off the chicken because i wanted the spicy chicken. Overall this is the worse service i had from any Qdoba. She was so bad that my son was uncomfortable getting the items that he wanted. We came home and he added lettuce and sour cream to his bowl. At the end she asked that i look at the screen to finish my payment. It had tip options i choice zero tip. Tip for what! I wont be going back to that one

        Never had a problem with this location but today I ordered on line like I always do I got the three chees nachos and all I got was the cheese and the meat none of the toppings is asked for I could not take it back because I was already back at work every thing is asked for was on the receipt but I did not get it
