    Easily the worst office staff of any medical facility I've ever been to. Constantly left waiting at the speaker for the gate for over 5 minutes past my appointment, while calling the front desk. Every time I try to contact the office by email, the email that I was most recently contacted by has refused service (presumably because they are churning employees that quickly). I have had DAYS of complete inability to contact this office by email and phone. I've even had to submit to google to correct their completely wrong number listed on their google location. But submitting the forms on their own site seem to yield no change. I love my doctor I see here, but all they can do is sigh and shrug when I explain how I've been sitting at the gate for 12 minutes calling the front desk, then knocking on the window inside for another 5 until they-themselves walk down the hall from their office and let me in. GO ANYWHERE ELSE, this would be terrifying if it was any kind of serious medical situation, and not a routine followup with a doctor.

    The nurses got mad because a group of guys left. I happened to be tlking to these men so the magically found a straw with residue. Mind u I never saw this straw. They kicked me out and there was no evil short lady who is the reason 4 people left. Get rid of her and treat us like people ....maybe things would go smoother. I waited months to get in. But I will let everyone know NOT TO GO THERE. They don't care just want the pay check.

    Palmer is the worst doctor! I confused my appointment and missed it. He gave me a 28 day supply of meds on June 17th. I cant see him till the 19th now which means I'm out of meds so I asked him to fill just enough until then and he refused saying I should have plenty left! Hello 28 day supply from the 17th is umm today! So he wants me to be sick until Tuesday that's 5 days away! Why tf would u think your patient has plenty of meds left when it's been 28 days. I feel accused of abusing meds because he obviously can't do math. What a joke.
