      image Bought a Tempur prosmart base after I was extremely clear to the salesman that I was on a 1st floor above a basement and wanted to make sure this would not cause any issues. He told me that he's never heard of any issues. After delivery we found out that it is indeed felt in at least 2 other rooms adjacent to the bed's location. Now they refuse to assist us or take it back or help. I will never use this company again.
