I would love to leave Ed a glowing review, but I can't. I purchased a mattress - I love it.  I also purchased a boxspring at the same time that I never received. The mattress was delivered in 3 weeks but not the boxspring. Ed delivered a platform for the mattress in the interim but it is taller than the boxspring so my bedding doesn't cover it. Weeks passed and still no boxspring. I called Ed 4 times since the purchasing and have no boxspring to this day. I bought the set at the beginning of June 2022. One star for the mattress, one star because I like Ed and I believe he was having distributer problems - but that is no excuse for not ultimately fulfilling the order, and for putting the onus on me.

I was impressed by the goggle reviews, but the experience didn't live up to the reviews. We bought 2 twin beds, after 2Months both mattresses we felt the springs, which are very uncomfortable. I've called, was promised a copy of the warranty and replacement mattresses. Neither has happened. I prefer to buy from local merchants but no more. We are out $1400. And will have to replace them ourselves because this guy isn't.

I visited Ed due to great reviews. I would love to leave him a glowing review as well, but I can't. I purchased a mattress - I love it. I also purchased a boxspring at the time that I never received. Here's how it went. At purchase, Ed told me it could take up to 2 weeks to be delivered and "call me in a week". I called in a week. I called in 2 weeks. When I called in 3 weeks, the mattress was delivered but not the boxspring. Ed brought a platform for the mattress in the interim but it is taller than the boxspring so my bedding doesn't cover it. Weeks passed and still no boxspring. I called Ed (again!) and he thanked me for reminding him of it and "keeping him on his toes". No boxspring to this day. Purchase date was beginning of June. One star for the mattress, one star because I like Ed and I believe he was having distributer problems - but that is no excuse for not ultimately fulfilling the order, and for putting the onus on me.

Ed was incredibly helpful and accomodating when we not only needed a mattress, but a bed frame too!  Happy to use a local business and support Ed!
