When they found out I was in the Army, Mike even offered an additional discount, which I greatly appreciated. The team completed the project in just a few days, while other companies quoted weeks. They were meticulous in their work, using high-quality materials and paying close attention to detail. The finished product looks amazing, and they even went above and beyond by helping me with some additional demo I needed. Contacted All-Brick (and two other masonry companies) for bids in September 2023. All-Brick's quote was inline with the two other bids for this small project. Intended to try to tackle the project myself but never got around to it. I called All-Brick one week ago and they squeezed my project in today. Happy with their prompt service and communication. Their work is still curing and looks great so far.

I contracted with ALL Brick for tuck pointing July of 2022. We paid in full as soon as the work was done. After the work was done I complained to the owner that the new work was a COMPLETE mismatch to existing. He advised that it will look better in a few weeks so we waited. It did not. They agreed to redo the work. Which they did promptly. The new work looked just as bad. I again complained and the owner said it would look better in several weeks. I advised that we would be out of town for quite a while and will look at it when we get back. We returned in May and not only did the color not change, but most of their work was breaking up. I called the owner and left a message that the work was worse and that I will have to rework his work, but I did not want them to do the work and I would like a refund. He did not return the call. I filled a complaint with the BBB. The owner responded promptly and offered a 50% refund which I accepted. after several weeks I did not hear anything so I contacted the BBB. The owner responded and reneged on his offer. I of course responded to the BBB. I have not heard anything since. See photos. There are many more areas that are similar. 10/3/23 - All Brick has paid the 50% as their original agreement. 11/13/23 - If the product was defective from the manufacture and they reimbursed All Brick for the material, they should reimburse All Brick for the labor and ALL Brick should reimburse me for the total amount of the job, not 50%. Per All Brick the manufacture has acknowledge they sold a defective product and they should make everyone whole. Service: Mortar analysis & matching

Over the course of emailing for a week to try and compare prices, the person on the other side was very unprofessional. They were the cheaper option and couldent tell me why they where almost half the price of all the competitors. They said it's because they don't have to advertise (and yet I've never seen any of the other companies advertising). But other companies can actually tell me what the money is going to and why it's needed. Couldnt even get past the bidding phase with this company. Edit: after leaving this review the owner of this company left a comment about how I emailed them too many times, then deleted the comment and then sent an email about how they are glad they never got back to me. The attitude they had throughout the entire ordeal has been very off-putting to say the least.
