I've used Rick to supply firewood for, I'm guessing, almost 20 years. He and his company are prompt, professional, friendly, and deliver quality firewood at a reasonable price. I recommend him highly.

Great experience with Rick Tarrillion's crew. They delivered in the time frame promised at the price, quality and amount advertised. We've not been able to check all 3 boxes with most delivery services in our area. We'll be using Tarillion moving forward.

Nothing personal against these guys--they seem like nice people--but customer service has been awful. They kept promising that they will deliver soon but never followed up. I left at least three polite phone messages and they never got back to me. I don't get it. Maybe their supply/delivery is jammed up, which is fine, just tell us.

Rick got the firewood here the next day after I called him! He was fast to deliver and got the wood racked nice and quick.
Update: a year later, service hasn't been reliable. I scheduled delivery multiple times but ultimately never got the wood delivered. Times in the COVID era have been challenging for a lot of businesses, and Terillion's doesn't seem to be an exception. Hopefully reliability improves for them!
