        CenturyLink is the worst!!! 2 1/2 hours on the line for service and still no adequate response, let along resolution!!! DO NOT enlist this company for service, phone or internet -they'll never be able to meet expectations, regardless of how low you set the bar!! I would give them Zero Stars but review would not post without at least 1

        Costumer service is terrible. When we called about our neighbor cutting our line they repeatedly hung up on us multiple times.
