        Called the rep who helped me and was informed the company let him go for one of the silliest things Ive heard. The young guys who are there are fine but will walk right out of the manager is there. Rep had showed me how he throws things on accounts without consent of customers or misbills them. To adjust an accy cost around but bill the correct amount was one thing but what the overweight manager was doing is criminal. Please read original post as it went from 5 stars to as low as it lets me go. Terrible company that works for the real T-Mobile. Original: Marty was very patient with me and answered all of my questions. Came in this weekend but big guy was really rude so I came back to work with anyone else. I wish T-Mobile had tv not just internet but oh well..

        The sales person was arguing the a customer and being very disrespectful to her in which he didn't have to be nasty, she was only asking about her bill.

        Manager there is a big fella. He is super rude. Pushy. And everything wrong with sales and why people don't want to go to stores. Stef took care of us and told us we didn't have to spend anything our issue was covered under warranty. See Stef or anyone other than darell
