        Martee Israel emailed me about my claim. He was uncommunicative and irresponsive. Like any "insurance plan" they will try and find any reason to deny your claim. I was not given any actual reason other than a copy and paste of the tracking information. Unprofessional and not helpful at all. Edit per reply: As I explained, ebay shippedthe item from their shipment center. There was nothing "prohibited". And as it showed, they had sent it back to me, wherein it was lost in transit as per the updated return tracking number I provided that you conveniently ignored. My comments still stand and you have further showed your ignorance and justified the poor Google rating your company has earned.

        Completely useless insurance company with terrible support. They make it so hard to do a claim I cant even find time. Guess thats the point is to not payout claims. Please eBay I know you dont do anything right but please find someone else to partner with this is terrible

        Don't file with them. Go through the company that shipped the item you have insurance through. I had to keep calling them for an update and then only got a partial refund and no explanation why I only got a partial refund. Never again!!

You may contact eBay to request a return or it will be liquidated. We handle the claims for the free shipping protection coverage included with your label. Per the terms of the label service, the free shipping protection coverage does not apply if the item is prohibited or otherwise not compliant with the service terms.Edit to add additional response: We appreciate the additional clarification. The eBay distribution center has determined your item was prohibited. We cannot override that decision. The free shipping protection does not apply if the item is prohibited or non-compliant, regardless if the item was lost or damaged during shipping to your buyer or while being returned to you.

      Thank you for this review. As we explained during your chat, you must wait 15 days to file a claim for a "lost" package for the eBay Standard Envelope label you purchased. You did not provide a tracking number during the chat, but once the 15 days have passed, if you believe your package is lost, you can simply complete the one page claim form online and most claims are processed in 2-3 business days. We look forward to reviewing your claim once you have submitted it.
