Just wrote a new homeowners' policy with Ms Jackie Andre. Absolute pleasure to work with. Informative and professional, and at the same time warm, friendly and personable. They have all my policies: 2 home and 2 vehicle. The rates are very affordable and the customer service level is stellar. Go there. You will love it.

I moved from Memphis to Stlouis about 28 years ago and had to get an agent. I didn't only get an agent I felt I gained a friend. Since then I have gotten a lot of cheaper quotes but failed to change due to the confidence I have in John and his staff. John have always put my needs ahead of his. John have never made it about the money, he has always focused on the relationship. When I can't get John I have gotten a very qualified person in Jackie. She has always mirrored John's vision and mission statement to meet the needs of its customers. I have recently retired and can say that all my needs are met because of John's expertise.
