        When I think of insurance, I think of Wolk. Matt and his team are truly professionals. The entire district staff are kind, caring, and exceptional at what they do. Anybody who says otherwise has a personal vendetta. Matt and his staff's success derive from always finding the best in the industry whether it is a protg or a seasoned agent that is looking for a better opportunity. The training you receive in district far surpasses the training any other district, or company will offer. Most importantly, Wolk and his staff are friends and will always be there for me when I need them.

        I went to speak with Matt. I should of been told right hen I asked for him that he wasn't there, instead I was greeted by his secretary after waiting at the front desk for several minutes and only after ringing a bell. After that she should be ashamed of how I was treated, she then followed me out the door, down the hall and filmed me getting into my vehicle!!!, saying the entire time How did I treat you bad?. Your ridiculous and patronizing. Like I told before I left your office that day, Shame on you....

      Hello Sharon Blackburn,I am sorry for the encounter. We at Farmers Insurance District Office strive for prestigious customer service. I am sorry I was not available when you dropped in. My staff are knowledgeable in processes and procedures in the office and are held to an exemplary level. Please allow us an opportunity to adjust your impression of us. I understand you are not a client of Farmers, I have been attempting to contact you via phone and text for the past week to assist you with your settlement with Farmers but have been unable to get a response. I want to update you with my findings. I understand you were aggravated with my assistants questioning, however the details she gathered helped her locate the information we needed in order to access the forms you are unable to download on your phone. If you would like to come back into the office, we can have you sign the forms to get your settlement. My assistant also made arrangements for your settlement check to be sent to our office since you have communicated that you don’t have mail box. Please reach out and we can assist you further and hopefully change your opinion of our staff.
