Not helpful at all. Pay for full coverage but read the fine print. Still had to pay out of my own pocket even AFTER paying my deductible! Raises your premium but doesnt even notify you! Way too expensive. Do not recommend liberty mutual

My husband and I have been a loyal client of Brent and his agency since 2020 when we bought our first home. We have our homeowners and auto policies with him. In the March of this year we learned that our auto policy was being dropped due to the ONLY claim we ever filed but we were okay with it since Brent had found us a deal for both policies, well then the unthinkable happened. We had a fire at our home. This was devastating to us as we had never had to experience this before. When we started getting the run around with the adjusters, we started reaching out to Brent in hopes of him being able to answer our questions about how this works and what to expect. Those questions have been left unanswered because after phoning and emailing him for WEEKS, we have yet to hear from him. Then we learned that the previous homeowners policy we had was still active and the previous company was wanting payment. We reached out to him again within the same previously stated timeframe that the fire claim was happening hoping that he might be able to help get this issue resolved for us because we were already overwhelmed with everything else happening. But sadly we were met with the same silence from him. I have called every phone number I can for this man and this company and still can't get anyone local to ACTUALLY help. Oh and to top all of this off, we are still dealing with an issue with our new policy not being correct as Brent didn't add an important part to our policy pertaining to the solar panels. Please don't use this company or anyone associated with them. They are not worth the headache and frustration that you will ultimately be left with.

Im giving 2 stars for Liberty Mutual because the premium was cheaper. However, lower premiums must = no online services. Of course you can purchase your policy online, but forget it if you want to do anything else. Add a car-have to call them. Remove a car-have to call them. Change coverage-call them. Of course canceling-call them. Chat and text features lead to-we cant answer that and -call them. Text literally took 2 hrs to respond and then the response was call them. These are basic policy expectations and all should be available online. I didnt have a rocket that I was trying to insure. I canceled my policy yesterday and just once more wanted to know if that was an online option, nope-call them. We are sorry this is not available online we are adding new features all the time Basic features for a policy should have been added on day 1 of creating the website. Certainly in 2023 all options should be available. Im actually paying more money at my new insurance company, but I dont even care because I dont have to call them every time I need to make a simple policy change.
