        Was great to work with. Actually told me why coverage prices were the way they were and made it all understandable. Got me out of a terrible coverage and into a coverage that would actually help my family and I. Very personable and made me feel like I was not just a number and that he actually cared about my policy and well being. Look forward to talking and working with Matt more.

        I guess the best thing I can say is that when I get a call from someone who is trying to get us to change Insurance companies (which is about every 2 weeks or so ), I just politely tell them I have no desire to change because things go so well with our Agent and Farmers.
