I work for Fort Sanders Regional Medical Center in Knoxville TN, we recently Purchased two new duplex compressors through ETEC now the unit we installed in Thompson Cancer center has failed on both circuits, comp 1 the contactor appears not to pull in when the contacts on the pressure switch close, So ETEC replaced the contactor, well on the same day this repair was done we had a smoke alarm go off in the Mechanical room and we found Circuit 2 the Motor drive shive had come apart and the bushing was spinning lucky the motor shaft is ok so we're having to replace the shive, where the contactor was not pulling in on Circuit 1 we lost all control air, after we replaced the contactor it appeared to run ok, until this morning where circuit 1 again failed to pull in. Sorry but my confidence iin your product is running slim.

Had a Curtis compressor that burned up the electric motor after a 3 hour total run time. The compressor was installed new 6 years ago in a climate controlled storage building. I purchase everything they recommended and had a professional electrician install it. I contacted manufacturer and distributor and they said they couldnt help, they said to call the other. Neither place could tell me why it burned up. When I gave Curtis the model number they said it wasnt one of theres!!
