    Made arrangements to fly in to St. Louis from Fort Myers Florida. Nick, the salesman said the only time that they can meet with me and show me their merchandise was February 13 or 14th. Made flights and arrangements. Contacting Nick with all my flight information, told me to bring a suitcase full of things to embroidery. I was already sold on the machine. But what I was looking for was service, software and schooling. This place has everything on their website. And many YouTube videos. When I arrive there, Sat for 30 minutes in the lobby before anybody noticed that I was there. Was told no one could show me any software or how to use it. Told they have a machine all set up to demonstrate for me. Will, always it did was run all out string the whole time they were demonstrating it to me. Very very disappointed in the whole experience. They sell the best embroidery machine on the market, but there have no service what soever. Stay away from these people.

    I have had nothing but great service from thees folks. The owner, Bob, either takes my calls or calls me back morning, noon, nights, weekends and on holidays. He either answers my questions or connects me with one of his sons or daughter and they help me get the issue fixed. I would definitely recommend.

    Ordered my Spring 7 in February, it arrived about 7-8 weeks later. Had an unfortunate incident on our end (100% our fault) and had to take it to their location in St. Louis to have it repaired before I could use it. The whole team rallied together to get us up and running as quickly as they could, and couldn't have been nicer about EVERYTHING! Now that I'm finally up and running, I absolutely LOVE my new machine-it is a total workhorse. Michael did an amazing job of handling repairs, and gave us some much needed training when we picked it up. Andrea has been wonderful with phone support and teaching me to use the controller. Coming from a 20 year old Tajima, this machine has a lot more functionality. We are definitely planning to attend their 4 day training in the near future, I wanted to operate the machine for a while before taking the in depth class. I feel like we are part of the ZSK family now, and even though our transaction is "complete", we aren't out there on our own to figure it out. I did not have this support with my Tajima purchase, and I am confident that I'll soon be able to take advantage of all of the awesome features it offers. Nick, Cathy, Bob, Andrea, Michael, Tony and anyone else I've missed-THANK YOU!

    After Buying several ZSK Machines from the Notcina Family, I am sold. They provide awesome support, and go above & beyond finding new ways to utilize your machines for however you use them. They simply sell the best machines available in the commercial market, period. Wonderful Family, wonderful business. Shoutout to Andrea especially! Shes taken time out of her day on several occasions to help me in a pinch. Cheers!

    I purchased a machine on April 22nd for 34,750.00 USD. We were originally told we would wait up to 90 days for shipping of the machine but were told they would give us a loner machine to use in the meantime. We were never reached out to so after the 90 days we called about once a week to check for updates. We always hit the answering machine or where told by the receptionist who we needed to talk to wasnt available and they would call us back. We never got calls back. We received a loner machine- it hasnt worked since day one. We have opened multiple support tickets and called numerous times. No help- no calls back. On July 13th we went into the establishment. We spoke with Bob who was incredibly rude and told us to just deal with it and that there was nothing he could do for us. I told him we want our money back because we are paying for something we dont have and cant even receive support on. He told us it wasnt in the contract to which we NEVER received or signed, there are no restocking fees, warranty information, or dates included in contract. He said he would think on what to do and call us back but we should have the machine end of July. It is now August 17th- a full month since Ive been able to speak with ANYONE. The last conversation I had they told me they might be able to take the machine back, but we would still owe all sorts of fees for consignment and restocking and fees for using the loner which literally has done nothing but take up space since I havent been able to operate it AT ALL. This business is a complete scam with no clear or written terms, shady rude people who run it, and zero support. I am currently going out of business solely because of this company and am looking at bankruptcy. Cant make money if you dont have equipment to run product on. I would never recommend this company and would highly discourage anyone from using them.
