Purvis is one of the best vendors I deal with. They stock a lot of inventory. I tell everyone I can have, just about anything in a hour . Being short notice I may have to pick up my items, but in my experience , they will try to bend over backwards to help their costumers. John and Rick are very knowledgeable . I have been a happy customer for over 10 years

Absolute worst upper management of any of my vendors. Had MULTIPLE problems with this branch. Starting with not having the chains they agreed to stock in a signed agreement due to lack of communications with the manufacturer. I was in more contact with the manufacturer than Purvis because the branch manager acted like he didn't care. I had to contact the manufacturer and arrange a 1 time run of product of 100 units to keep my business going until i could find a replacement chain. After fighting for 6 months to get my product all the regional mgr was concerned with was "getting stuck" with extra product so i agreed to purchase them all at once. Then they worried about payment. I informed them that if I had to do their job again I would bill for my time. Then came the sprockets. Ordered after an 8-10 week ETA quote. At week 11 or 12 they hadn't picked the phone up to check the status. I then fought (calling another manufacturer myself) for another 10 weeks only to receive the sprockets with 18 teeth instead of 9 and no Keyways. I then billed (conservatively) for my time and they are refusing to pay it even though they were warned multiple times. Have sent email all the way to VP's and Owner only to be ignored. Considering filing with Collections to get invoice paid.
