I recently called to have my AC unit serviced/maintained and was so happy with the level of professionalism by the technician, Rob. He did a thorough check of all the systems and gave me recommendations on things to keep an eye out for in the future. From making the appointment and the text reminders of when he was on the way, the whole experience was wonderful. He went above and beyond!

I had a good experience with this company! Robert Parnell was extremely kind and answered all my questions. Out of all the companies that gave me quotes, it seemed like Welsh had people who loved their job. He was detailed and gave me three different quotes and his care and attention to detail is what sold me. I got a quote yesterday and they had me in luckily by 7:00am this morning. the technicians that installed it were also extremely professional and left the place better than when they came. I genuinely forgot our technicians name, but I hope and am sure everyone is on the same level as him. Thank you guys
