      Kayla, my apologies for the technician being late. As for refusing to do the work we instructed you to get us in contact with the owner due to the crawl space being wet and full of mold, it’s not that we didn’t want to do it we had some recommendations for to dry the space out some In order to do the work, we were not informed of the matter if we had we would not have wasted your time.your comment is not very accurate nor fair. Thanks Kevin

      I did not yell at you. We were trying to help, we have pics and a video of the space. At any rate good luck with your repair and please address the moisture and mold problem as it is a health issue.
