The hotel itself is in a good location and the lobby is clean but the room itself was dirty. The bathroom had stuff in the corners in which I took pictures and on the bed there were bugs in which I also took pictures. I showed to lobby attendant and was advised that a manager would call, they never did. I do not recommend staying at this hotel

Our soccer team was booked here for a tournament and about half of the families left due to the condition of the rooms. Our room had cigarette ash and spilled coffee stain on the AC unit, unknown stains on the office chair and NO SMOKE DETECTOR! Unfortunately we had to stay since most hotels were booked or out of our price range. I asked for additional towels and was told I needed to bring my dirty ones down first. Another team mate came and asked for towels and they were told there was no more available. I really wish we read the reviews. It seems cleanliness and service has been an issue for months and nothing is being done about it. There was one front desk worker that was very friendly and polite. The rest were condescending and rude. We will do more research before staying at any LaQuinta hotels again. Rooms: Good size rooms but VERY DIRTY

Customer service was excellent but the hallway had a bad odor. Room was small but clean
