MainStay Suites St. Louis - Galleria

We stayed here only for two nights but we were truly surprised with how spacious and comfortable the suite was. It had a full kitchen with all the essentials included and everything was well maintained. Its in a good area that has more of a residential vibe and only minutes away from a mall with stores like nordstrom and dillards. The staff was extremely welcoming and we had a great experience during our stay!

Checked in from friday-sunday.... got to the room it smells like pure f-ing smoke immediately called down to say something about that he said they didn't have any more rooms... looked around the room a bit more found pad paper in the trash called down about that and the gut that answered the phone replied to me GIIIRRRRL....No type of professionalism at all I did go to the front desk to talk to him and settle that anyway he said he'll leave a note for the manage. So Sunday rolls around I go to front desk to see what can be done she called me back about 30 min later and said I can be compensated $50 I paid $462 for the whole weekend that's all I got back.... NEVER WILL STAY HERE AGAIN AND DEFINITELY WILL NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE!!!

We stayed one night in a 1BR suite. So close to a mall with a nice neighborhood feel. Very clean and accommodating, staff was friendly, we would stay again!

Stay was not that pleasant, was not able to check in on time due to the room not being ready. Then after I was able to check into the room I started to notice a bug crawling around on the counter which was a roach. Counter was dirty which u can see from paper towel used to kill the roach. Never received a call from management team like I was told I would be given. Micheal at the front desk has a bad attitude towards people, he refused to give me contact information on GM. Micheal then said well if you are trying to get your money back you wont be getting it back because our GM is leaving on Friday. Micheal also hung up on me several times when I called the desk to talk with GM. I will not stay at this location EVER again in life this has been by far the worst experience Ive had at a hotel. Thanks to Micheal he made this decision on me to NEVER return to location EVER again. I give this hotel a 0 out of 10 stars.
