This was by far the nastiest hotel my family has ever stayed in! We were scheduled to stay here through the weekend however we are cutting our trip short and leaving! Upon checking in our room was completely filthy! Old food splattered on the walls, the beds, and the rooms reeked of smoke. Went back to the front let Charlotte know and she said she would get it taken care of. We were moved to another room it was decent but still you could tell housekeeping hadnt did a thorough cleaning in God knows how long. When attempting to get the pull out sofa out we then seen someone had destroyed the couch cushion which had been turned over to hide, stains on the pullout sofa, and chip crumbs throughout the mattress. The deal breaker was my kids got up to use the bathroom and apparently someone was smoking in their bathroom which completely made its way to our bathroom. I had already told them my daughter had bad asthma and cant tolerate even the smallest amount of smoke. Now here we are in another sub par room but drowning in smoke. Its unfortunate my family was already in a bind and didnt have any extra money to waste but unfortunately paid almost 600 just to not be able to stay because of something out of your control. STAY HERE AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!!!

Enjoy staying here. The rooms could use some updates and repairs. Nobody emptied the trash from the pool area or filled the clean towels. Grab and Go breakfast ran out of water bottles for everyone! Sad! So go buy some.
