Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott St. Louis Downtown

This is a nice, new, and clean hotel in a great location. The room and bathroom are good sized and comfortable. They have made an effort to be a little nicer than their contemporaries. It has a nice breakfast. The staff is friendly and helpful. That is the good. Now the bad. Parking is $20/night. There is too much noise from neighboring rooms. Overall this is a good but not great hotel. When in town again, I may well stay here again, but I am open to trying another of the nearby hotels to hopefully find a quieter room.

It's a new Fairfield, BUT you can't leave your AC on constant fan.... Which means you can hear cars passing all night long, air planes, and sirens. Also they are going to charge you $20 a night to park. Other than those two things, ac fan option not available to knock out the loud noises out side being a major deal to me, its a new hotel chain with all the amenities.

They advertise EV charging, but don't block off the parking spaces for EV charging, so other cars are blocking the spots. Also the night staff wasn't friendly or helpful. However the day staff was great.
