many of my family members have been here, including me, but either I have no clue what the doctors are doing or they don't either. The only reason this has three stars is a couple of times they had some bomb a## chicken strips! but it really should be a one or two because they don't really help out much, (said to stop drinking to my dad who had Pancreatitis was pretty much told to take some painkillers and he would be okay)

WARNING, this hospital violated "DO NO HARM" multiple times!!! I'M REPORTING TO MO LICENSE BOARD ETC.& I urge you to do the same!! I was admitted for life threatening medical issues, which were treated. However, the hospital misdiagnosed & treated me for a psychiatric condition I've never had, never been treated for & caused me to spend 3 months in a nursing home in Perryville, which continued to medicate me for it!!!! Saw no Dr. while at the nursing home, until the day I left & he said I was misdiagnosed 🙀 after I had been there 3 months. It took a psychiatrist 2 months to wean me off the heavy duty anti-psych meds. After several nuerology & psychiatrist consultations & monthly psychiatrist consults, no dementia, bi-polar & certainly no schizophrenia! It doesn't pop up after 61 years!!! They all stated I have anxiety & depression & I always had ADHD, though I quit taking meds for that, which explains a lot of the issues hospital misdiagnosed. After 12 days of observation report states "talkative" is my baseline!!! Reviewing my med records & ambulance report, they didn't even write notes correctly on what my family reported!! Please don't take your loved ones here!! 15 months later, no symptoms & no meds for condition the idiot psychiatrist diagnosed me with. You can't sue unless they kill you!!!!

If I could give this place a zero I would. When my sister rushed me to the ER a month ago I specifically explained that my orthopedic surgeon warned me about blood clots and that I’m in so much pain that I can’t even put weight on leg. There was no concern and an hour in I got an ultrasound and the tech told me I will be rushed to the ER soon. I sat in the waiting room feeling like my foot was stuck in a freezer because of the clot and when I asked when I would be seen the front desk said there are other people with higher priority because of age/other factors. After about 10 hours I was seen and I waited to see the dr. Low and behold I have a clot and was put on a drip. Turns out I had to get a ct scan done before I leave to see if there are any in my lungs. I was in so much pain and when my mom got a nurse to get someone to do my scan and the nurse was annoyed even though we waited another 3 hours. Hours later I got the scan done and the first dr said I only have one clot in my lungs. When I stayed over night a nurse told me I had a large and small one. The next three days there were also horrible. If my mom didn’t come visit everyday to care for me I would’ve been screwed. Now I’m talking to my lawyer about this because of the lack of care and preventable damage that could’ve been done to my body. My family doctor had to see me 3 days later to talk about my echo scan and everything else. And everything cost over 25k for care…so much for healthcare. Now I have to take meds for potentially a year because of something that could’ve been prevented if they were attentive
