The Estates of Hidden Lake

I was a maintenance technician at this location and one of the maintenance employees was in the Maintenance shop drinking alcohol. I reported that to the maintenance Director and he covered up for this young man who I believe is some related to him. and I also was upset because the maintenance supervisor wanted me to use my own personal vehicle to pick up trash, which is not in the handbook and he also was using my personal cell phone to get in touch with me that is not in the handbook this guy lets the Maintenance Department leave when they want to and they also sits in the Maintenance shop all day long watching TV ,and the Housekeeping supervisor clocking in be gone all day and come back when its time to clock out. This place is stealing time and is not taking care of the residents like they should. Someone needs to look at that. The maintenance department is unexperienced, and they tried to have me do all of the work while they sit all day in the shop.I tried contacting the owner and they refused to give me a contact number.The building is rigged up by African that doesnt know what he is doing,the electrical wire are faulty and will cause a fire.Have you seen a African that spits on the floor all day in the maintenance shop?Thats very unsanitary.This building doesnt have money to maintain the property, they are taking used appliances from a one apartment and putting them in another apartments, thats horrible when you have to take light bulbs from one apartment and put them in a different apartment, the maintenance department doesnt have any supplies to do preventive maintenance on the buildings.

Do not waste your time calling this place let alone taking a loved one there. The management team is AWFUL. They cant be trusted.

My experience was great today for the first day of my mom at the rehab! Everyone was attentive and doing their job! The experience was a lot different from when she went to Christening Northeast extended care! All personnel were wonderful!
