Dr. Laffey is just that - a real physician with thorough knowledge of the medications (including side effects, drug interactions, etc) that she prescribes. She assisted me in losing 25 lbs after my last baby and identified a previously undiagnosed medical issue that my primary missed. I appreciate that she gives honest information (in a nice way) without sugarcoating things. Yes you do have to pay out of pocket, but that’s unfortunately how it works with most weight loss centers. Thank you Dr. Laffey!

Dr Laffey is great, her secretary however is very disorganized and at times can be rude.    It's going on two weeks now trying to get my script refilled - this happens every month and clearly messes with my diet.   Secretary won't answer emails for days or a week, when she does it's like pulling teeth to get the appointment scheduled.   Had an appointment for 10 am this morning, confirmed to her I wanted the appointment.   I should've known, she claims she got no confirmation of the appointment.    I've been seeing Dr Laffey for over a year and can count on one hand the times I've not been pushed off to schedule a monthly appointment and ESPECIALLY to get my script refilled.    It's killing my experience, I've recommended the office to countless people and had two start the program.    I don't do reviews, but for months I've been debating it and after today I think it is more than fair to do so.-Also, the office is not the one seen in these photos.   The pictures of what I'm guessing is the previous office shows a bigger and nicer office than the current.

I have lost close to 40 pounds from seeing Dr. Lafferty and I really love coming to her she makes sure your expectations are health are reasonable. Both her Casey are both very polite never pushy about the services or any of the products and they give you a free appointment if you send a referral the office is always clean they are very supportive and helpful. The cost is super affordable.
