The food was good! The burger had a good flavor and the fries were crispy, hot, and seasoned. The shake was ok. After the 3rd attempt to get the 1 I ordered on the app. I was still overcharge $1.50 after I was informed they were out of a mix-in, offered another, and was served the wrong ice cream base. We were approached by, what appeared to be a super stressed server. And after we paid, we were not offered boxes of anything. We went to use there facilities and there was no paper towels to dry your hands. They have the potential to be great but my experience was lackluster.

I guess finding good help in this economy is a bad as they say. Today was my third and their third strike. The service is horrible and the food is average. The young man behind the back acted like he wanted to be anywhere but there and his service reflected it.

Really good hipster burger place with home made ice cream for dessert. It's kind of s dream come true. I'm a big fan of the basic all-american burger--and you can get one of those here and it will be REALLY good. They also have a lot of exotic burgers that are outside my comfort zone. But they also have pretty much every burger configuration in between, so you can try something new that you will find delicious. Maybe too much information to follow: My family were butchers when they emigrated from Europe in the 1800s. I grew up eating beef from my father's slaughterhouse. Eating these burgers really takes me back to the tastes of my childhood. I'm s happy customer.

We started coming here in 2018 every time we come to town and loved this place! We would rave about it and tell anyone we know coming to this area to stop and eat here. We would bring friends as well. Everything was amazing from the food, shakes, boozy shakes, even the dips for fries! We havent been in awhile and came today and we dont know how long it has been this way now but you dont really get service, you scan the menu ordering yourself. Its kind of sad you take out the customer service away from customers for interactions. This time I ordered a boozy shake which I was super excited about getting, I got the mudslide. The mudslide tasted awful and tasted like coffee. My husband old fashioned he said tasted awful. His burger was over cooked! The fries and pickles were good. The fried chicken was good. Beer cheese dip looked like it had been sitting there for two days and tasted awful! My burger was okay, not really any flavor, not the best I had. When we asked the host/food runner how long he had been working here he said two weeks, so you know you cant complain then. Poor him. He doesnt know what the old menu was and said they were trying to change some things or focus on a certain direction. This was by far the worst experience we had there with majority of the plates we got. Its really sad, and we will never go back. I understand that we are one family, but I will for sure tell everyone I know to go spend your money else where. $130 wasted.
