        Worst hair cut ever. I asked for 2inches off, to connecting my face frame, and layers. Ended up with 4/5 inches off my face frame and it ended up all the way back to my ears. I have a shelf of bangs now. I take great pride and my hair and have been growing it out for a long time and now I am basically left with a mullet I cant style to look good. Salon was not clean either. Hair was on the counters and tools when the stylist started my hair.

        I thought Great Clips kept notes on your style. I guess I was wrong. Went in for a standard trim yesterday. Came home looking like Lord Farquaad from Shrek. Where are the layers I asked for and always get??? Gotta now pay someone else to fix this fiasco before Easter!! Updating my review. Went from 2 stars to 4. Went back today. Explained the situation with the hair. Got my layers back and am very happy with the result. Thank you, Marie!
