The ONLY salon I get my hair done outside of braids! Customer service is top notch and the atmosphere is great. From silk press to locs they have you covered.

Very terrible service. Do not go here if you want good braids! The braids were wiggly, rough, and very scanty. I paid good money for a medium sized braid of 70-95 count and the lady making the hair clearly said she couldnt deliver on that. I sat through the entire process praying that it comes out okay, but it was terrible. I just got back home and currently loosening it. I cannot be seen with this monstrosity.

I just randomly found this shop on Google and booked with Tee. I had a really good experience. You can tell she cares about the health of your hair and was very informative. Will definitely be back!

Looking for a new salon after a long hair care break, I found Formations a few blocks from my house. I scheduled a wash and go and after four days since my visit, my hair stills looks good and fresh. Affordable and convenient (they are open on Mondays!) the curls are still popping and bouncy and scalp feels fine. I highly recommend Tee, she gave the best shampoo ever! She also gave me tips on how to maintain my hair and do's and don'ts to try (totally free, by the way, which I appreciate). Give this salon a shot. Totally worth it! Service: Curly hair
