I had a hair system done years ago by Hans himself he did the fitting I got my system they put it on I was horrified it was twice as much hair as should have been it didnt look real at all he avoided me immediately I went back twice for cuts and cleaning then I took it off myself and trashed it .What an expensive mistake Denis Poole

I did a hair transplant in 2019 and they wouldn't tell me how many grafts I needed, just the price by seeing my condition which is high compared to other places for the number of grafts I received. They assigned two physicians to implant the hair and in the middle of the procedure a new person suddenly showed up and started doing implanting on one side which they didn't tell me before. It is that side I am not seeing growth at all. I feel that the partially successful transplant was performed by the physician and the other side done by the unknown and apparently inexperience person that came in the middle of the procedure did not take as it should.
