Customer service was horrible. Extremely rude and stuck up woman. Not helpful at all and wont be returning. Her attitude and tone is repulsive towards customers.

For me, Pottery Barn is a winner. I not only order on-line, I shop this store on the regular. I've even ordered on-line and picked up at the Frontenac store. They make shopping so easy. Some of my favorite items to shop for are; bedding, stemware and table linens. Some may say their price point is high, but so is the quality and that is a match. If you're a smart shopper and watch your favorite items, you can purchase them on sale. When shopping in person, I have always had excellent service in this store. The staff is friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend this store for redoing your bedroom and tableware for entertaining.

Absolutely horrible customer service, looks like I am not alone. Should have read reviews before I came in and purchased a sectional from Pottery Barn. Made our purchase back in November with estimated delivery in February. Delivery has been pushed 3 times now and maybe will receive it mid June. I would have never purchased a $10,000 if I knew I will have to wait 7 months to get it. Never again.

The place has a lot of nice stuff, but make sure you stop by the bank on the way here so you can rob it before coming here to shop. If you don't and you still shop here, they are going to rob you.

Oh, where do I even begin? It's almost laughable, my dear experiences with this establishment, a place I've graced with my presence more times than I care to count. On one memorable occasion, I rather generously parted with over $10,000yes, you heard that rightand even went so far as to get their credit card, all in a single visit. But let's not dwell on my philanthropy. However, my last visit was quite the eye-opener, a stark reminder of the caliber of individuals employed there. You see, the staff, if you can even call them that, are primarily composed of upper-middle-class women, armed to the teeth with their MRS degrees, exuding an air of judgment so thick you could cut it with a knife. These ladies, bless their hearts, possess an astounding lack of interest in assisting the likes of common folk who dare to venture into their domain with the intention of making a purchase. On this particular occasion, my wife and I had the audacity to step into their hallowed grounds in search of kitchen table chairs. We needed five, to be exact. While I, ever the dutiful husband, took it upon myself to entertain our son, my wife remained behind, subjecting herself to the torturous ordeal of trying out chairs. And let's be perfectly clear, a simple folding chair would suffice for me, but no, we had to indulge in this charade. Would you believe, during the entire twenty minutes of my wife's solitary chair audition, not a single so-called associate deigned to approach her? Not one! She was rendered invisible, forced to resort to checking colors on her phone, of all things. It's as if the concept of customer service is an alien one to them, a distant notion far removed from their lofty ideals. Truly, a masterclass in how to not run a retail operation.
