The staff is always helpful and friendly. I buy a bouquet every week and they seem to last at least three weeks.

I ordered flowers on Feb 11 for my mom (as a surprise) for Valentine's day. I asked them to be delivered to her work (which is in town) on Feb 13 by 3PM because she gets off work at 4PM. It was 4PM and they never showed up. I called Flowerama and they told me "we were told not to deliver them before 3PM." Why would that have been my request?! They left to deliver the the flowers when I called and obviously showed up to her work after 4PM when she had already left. They didn't call me back to tell me that they missed her before she left, instead they called her (ruining the surprise) and now she has to go back to flowerama and pick them up. This was my first time ordering flowers through Flowerama and it will be the last!

I have been buying flowers here for years. Every arrangement is beautiful and the flowers stay looking fresh. Staff is exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable.
