Order at kiosk, go to counter to pay cash. Why not just order at the counter where I hand over my cash? I dont want to play click around on a fancy Ipad to figure out how to order. No menus above the counter, just product advertising. Whoever thought this method for ordering is an enjoyable experience for the customer should be fired. I walked out and went down the street to an establishment where I can order and pay with a person at the same time.

This is a brand new Taco Bell and I understand what figuring things out can be , but thats not whats going on here. Visit #1 waited over an hour to get food , manager was raising her voice and slamming things around clearly only adding to the chaos. Visit #2 despite the advertised open hours , I was told they were accepting app orders only. Ok so I download the crummy app and place my order. More chaos came when they couldnt find my order from their crummy app. Then after showing this person what I ordered she took another 20 minutes getting it out to me the only customer there gonly to get it wrong. But the worst part was her bad attitude and ungrateful words and demeanor. There was nacho sauce upside down with no lid in the bottom of my bag and the food wrappers were sitting directly in it. Everything was covered with cheese sauce and of course no napkins. Lid wasnt fully on drinks and straw was broken? Plain rude and seemed intentional to me. Dont go there!
