I felt hurt and deceived when they signed-me up for eyeglass insurance without my knowledge or approval. I had to return to get the $24.99 charge reversed. I'll never go back.

I've been coming to Sam's for glasses for a long time now and have not had any issues until now. Unfortunately, whatever prescription they gave me was not correct and even after a week of wearing them, my eyes did not adjust. I ended up getting a new eye exam with Clarkson Eyecare because something felt off, and the prescription they gave me was actually correct. When I went to make my return, I commented that I was not able to read with them on, and had to go back to my old glasses in order to work / drive / etc. The lady said "Well, they're single prescription lenses?" like I was dumb or something. I've been wearing single prescription lenses for sixteen years and was not told to get bifocals, as I do not need bifocals, and never have. I've literally never had an issue with reading text until the new lenses from Sam's. I was able to get a full refund (except for the eye exam), but I am not happy with my experience and I caution anyone before going. The doctor was very kind and the rest of the staff were lovely.
